By clicking the "Continue" link below and accessing the participating organizations' information provided in the following web page, you agree that the NLA shall not be liable to you for any costs, expenses, claims, demands, causes of action, damages, injury or bodily harm whatsoever resulting from, arising out of or connected with the internship program, including, without limitation, internships undertaken thereunder.  Furthermore, the NLA shall not be liable to you for any costs, expenses, claims, demands, causes of action, damages, injury or bodily harm whatsoever resulting from or arising out of or connected with any actions or omissions of any participating organization occurring before, during or after the internship program, including, without limitation, in connection with any contractual or other relationship (including employment) between the participating organization or any of its affiliates and you.  Without limiting the foregoing:

•  Any understanding or arrangement between you and any participating organization shall be determined and agreed between you and the participating organization, independently of the NLA.  The NLA shall not have any liability of any kind resulting from a failure of a party to comply with its obligations under any such understanding or arrangement or resulting from a breach by a party of any representations and warranties made thereunder or in connection therewith.
  
• The NLA shall not be liable for the inaccuracy of any statement contained in any participating organization's description,website, profile or other document provided by any participating organization and provided to you. 
• The NLA does not make any representation or warranty about the accuracy of any suchdescription, website, profile or any other document provided by any participating organization.
