Website Banner Advertising Rules
- All advertising on the NLA website is subject to the approval of the Website Committee.
- All ads submitted must be of professional, informational, educational or scholarly value or of such other value related thereto.
- The NLA is an independent professional association; any Ads endorsing or expressing any political or religious will be declined.
- Payments made for ads that is reviewed and rejected by the Website Committe are non-refundable.
- The Website Committee reserves in its absolute discretion the right to decline any ad submitted and effect a refund of the ad fee paid at the time of submission (less processing charges of 10%).
- You (“Advertiser”) hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue the NLA and its directors, officers and volunteers (“NLA Agents”) for any and all actual or alleged liability, claims and actions arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury that may be sustained by Advertiser, as a result of the placement or applying for the placement of an Ad.
- You ("Advertiser") hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the NLA Agents from any loss, liability, damage or costs, including court costs and attorney fees that the NLA Agents may incur due to Applicant’s ad application.
- You ("Advertiser") warrants that he/she/it has the legal power, right and authority to submit the ad for publication on the NLA website. By submitting an ad application, Advertiser acknowledges and represents that Advertiser has read and understands fully the foregoing rules.
